Back and Hopefully Better

Hello Lovelies, its being a mighty long time. This blogging thing isn't easy o, kudos to Linda ikeji and Laila Ikeji of  lailasblog. Especially Laila, she is a banker, mother and also a blogger what a combination. phew!

So anyways if you look closely at my blog description you would notice a difference, I am branching into lifestyle, but this remains and would forever remain mainly an interior design blog.

Hello Lovelies...... Did you miss me? because I sure missed you all. I had to take a well deserved break but we are back to business now.

We are going to be discussing the type of colors you should use in guest bedroom and the colors you should totally avoid courtesy OMEG deluxe interiors *wink* *wink*

A guest bedroom is that room in your home you set aside for hosting guests (visitors), visitors can be anyone; Family, Friends, Co-workers, Acquaintances etc So in light of this, we can see that these different people would have different tastes, so what would be 'WOW' to one, would be 'OK' to another. Like we say here in Nigeria  'One man's meat is another man's poison'

Having this in mind, when choosing colors for a guest bedroom, the basic rule is to keep it simple.

Rug Carpet Flooring or Tiles Flooring - Which is Better For A Baby's Room?

Hello Lovelies,

This topic has always been one for discussion in choosing a type of flooring for a baby's room. They both have their advantages and disadvantages though.

For example;

The advantage of a tiled room is that its easy to clean, dirt cannot hide inside ( e nor get how! lolz) while an advantage for the rug carpet is that its warmer and can easily cushion incase of any fall.

Nigerians like red for interior decor sha. As In! Most living rooms decoration in Nigeria is a combination with red, as what we do here at Omeg Deluxe, let's give them inspiration. More reasons to use red. More reasons to love red! lol!

I love grey, why do I? I don't even know. Maybe because its less domineering compared to black and it blends easily with any color (neutral color). You can use grey with any color and love it. Its that beautiful yes.
